Santa’s Enchanted Workshop

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Each session is a full one-hour private visit with Santa in his workshop. This gives your child plenty of time to enjoy all that Santa has to share. Nothing is rushed. The full hour also allows shy little ones to become comfortable and feel in control of this exciting new experience.

We recommend timeless Christmas pajamas. Avoid solid reds, as they can blend into Santa’s set, while white, blues, and greens always photograph beautifully. Parents are welcome to dress comfortably or coordinate for family portraits. Each family receives a complimentary consultation, and I’m always happy to help select your children’s clothing with you. Many parents text me photos of the outfits they’re considering—I love helping with those extra touches! I also share links to some of my favorite pajamas if you’d like suggestions.

Yes! This is not a rushed mall photo. Your children will spend a full hour with Santa—finding their name on his Nice List, sharing milk & cookies, making snow, playing games, and hearing stories. It feels more like visiting with a beloved grandparent than posing for pictures.

Yes. We provide a complimentary, properly sized digital file for each image that is selected to be printed in any of our fine art products (wall portraits, memory boxes, storybooks, and albums).

When you book, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire to tell Santa a bit about your children. This helps him connect with them personally—whether they’re shy, energetic, or outgoing—so the visit feels natural and fun.

During booking, you’ll have the option to let us know if you’d like Santa to share the story of the Nativity with your children. This makes it easy for families to choose whether to include a faith-based element in their visit.

Yes. For groups larger than four, please call us directly so we can create a custom session for your family.

On the day of your visit, we’ll schedule a design appointment to view your images and select your artwork. This is where we’ll guide you in choosing the heirloom pieces your family will treasure for generations.

Life happens! However, we do book out completely each season and may not be able to reschedule within the same year. We always do our very best to accommodate unexpected emergencies or illnesses, but we encourage families to hold their reserved date whenever possible to ensure their place in Santa’s calendar.

The $595 scheduling fee includes a one-hour private visit with Santa, the artistry of our team to capture each magical moment, and a $300 portrait credit toward your artwork order. Additional children from the same household may be added for $55 each.
